Ive hated these fish since the 1st time I saw one (1972), caught w/Wheatie Balls in St Mary's Lake /Mundelein Seminary. Ive seen them blown up w/firecrackers shoved in their mouths & know why they're detested in our region. Ugly /gross and it just figures that they're a Chinese delicacy! Maybe our future holds some leverage over the Chinese w/carp...? Carp dollars, crazy!
